某个星期天，黑崎一护（森田成一配音）和朽木露琪亚（折笠富美子配音）正无所事事呆在家中，突然，一个红色束发、面带纹身的家伙持枪闯入家中。他自称是一名警察，指名道姓寻找一护。原来这个家伙就是阿散井恋次，他本要向一护和露琪亚通报一项机密任务，然而就在这时剧烈的爆炸撕破了城市间的宁静，随即出现一名身形巨大、戴着镣铐的死神。他名叫梅针，四百年前曾是护廷十三队的一名成员，后因发狂滥杀同事而被封印。尸魂界发出指令，要求十二小时内将梅次捉拿归案，这对一护来说不辄是危险和艰难的任务…… 本片根据日本漫画家久保带人的同名原著改编，系该动画的OVA版。。This would definitely not have been my kind of movie, but my husband saw it on TV and said it was really good. So, on his recommendation, I bought a copy, since I didn't know if it would ever be on TV again. I had never heard of anybody in it except Armand Assante. At first I had a hard time getting into the story, because the first part of the movie is a jumble of images-- and...。
