Because even though I love you, I still think of others…。本剧描述一位医学院毕业生家庭主妇决定重返医疗领域，和她过着完美双重生活的医生丈夫之间的故事。这位丈夫不仅对自己的工作很擅长，也精通于如何瞒着老婆出轨。。普通女工韩素云所在的工厂倒闭后，她的爱人、副厂长李梦林发现厂里账目不明，遂将厂长罗田告到了审纪部门。正当审纪部门介入时，罗田因与李梦林发生争吵而突发脑溢血，本就与罗田关系紧张的妻子刘贞乘机将昏迷的丈夫及公婆、女儿甜甜全部推给了李家，而一连串打击又使得罗父病倒。此时，罗母决计要为儿子讨回公道，一纸诉状将李梦林告上法庭，李梦林被判刑两年……。
