1949年解放前夕，曾联松还是上海一家通讯社的职员，当他看到报上征集新国旗的启示，就设计了一幅国旗图案寄到北京。没想到他设计的五星红旗被选定为新中国的国旗。半个世纪过去了，曾联松与所有的中国人一样伴随着共和国走过了艰辛的历程，所不同的是，他与这面旗更有许多特殊情感。。改编自真实事件，本片讲述上世纪四五十年代苏格兰警探William Muncie和连环杀手Peter Manuel之间的猫鼠游戏。Peter Manuel曾经因为入室盗窃和性侵被Muncie警探投入监狱。9年后Manuel出狱后又开始疯狂作案，与此同时Muncie开始收到其寄来的手写卡片。Muncie誓将Manuel抓获。。Mouser Jaone Tom and housecat Mewsette are living in the French country side, but Mewsette wants to experience the refinement and excitement of the Paris living. But upon arrival she falls into the clutches of Meowrice. Jaune Tom and his friend Robespierre set off to Paris to find her.。
