剧集以北疆滨江市跨境贩毒案为背景，讲述中国公安局长杨刚与俄罗斯警务人员娜塔莎组成联合调查组，侦破毒枭鲁蒙通过换面伪装实施的跨国贩毒活动。。肖恩·凯西由一名正直的警察被提升为地方检查官。上任第一案，他就把造成包括他父亲在内多名警官死伤的大毒枭送上被告席，绳之以法。结案后，他隐约感觉到还有许多疑点或不为人知的内幕。于是，他决定继续深挖下去。不料，这样做的结果越来越让他害怕……。Two Belgian brass bands compete for the European title. One is Flemish (Sint-Cecilia), the other Walloon (En Avant). Sint Cecilia loses their soloist in dramatic circumstances and to ensure their participation in the contest they try to steal the very talented soloist from En Avant.
