夏朝的后羿在射掉第九个太阳的时候，意外从夏朝穿越到了2016年。并结识了酷似嫦娥的射箭运动员的和影。夏朝的后羿和现代格格不入，却在片场被小混混赖茅发现了身上的不同之处。为了骗取后羿身上的古董玉珠，赖茅一直帮助后羿同和影相识。但无意间却让后羿卷进了棒子国黑社会暗箱超控奥运会射箭的博彩中，并让后羿的神弓箭落入了棒子国黑社会老大的手里，而赖茅和影也一起被黑社劫持，为了拯救自己的爱人和朋友后羿只身闯入了黑。BBC Two announces that shooting has begun on series two of detective comedy Vexed, starring Toby Stephens (Jane Eyre, Robin Hood, Cambridge Spies) who reprises his role as D.I.
