本剧以3年C班的学生们为主角，担任班主任的正片主人公世冈理音（生田绘梨花饰）也将登场，星阳学园放学后、上课中、暑假的样子等电视剧正片中没有描写的故事将被迷你电视剧化。。政府大力鼓吹金控合并，以提高金融竞争力，于是金融界掀起了一波又一波的金控合并案。万邦集团为了扩大国内金融市场版图，并跻身亚洲华人银行领导地位，决定取得台湾最大工业银行——胜利金的经营权，于是开始积极展开布局，而这场经营权的争夺战，由叶鸿海的长子，也就是万邦银行的总经理叶青云，全力操盘，他第一个动作就是秘密买进了大量胜利金的股票。。Charlie plays a woman, jealous over her husband's interest in another woman.
