時は現代。神主の娘である神維那己は、幼馴染で友人の皇うるかとともに神社の倉庫から続く隠し地下通路を偶然発見する。そして、そこで迷っているうちに、偶然鋼鉄天使くるみ2式を発見し、起動させてしまう。くるみ2式は改良型の鋼鉄天使として未来から送られてきたものであった。そして彼女らのドタバタに満ちた学園生活が始まる。 本作品は、鋼鉄天使くるみの好調を受けて制作されたオリジナルの続編である。しかし、主人公が少年から少女になり、しかも「はにはにだよ～」という狙いすました口癖までついた萌えキャラであったことからSFバトルアクション色とラブコメ色は大幅に後退している。また、後述の鋼鉄天使くるみ零と同時進行であったため、前作・鋼鉄天使くるみでのキャラクターデザイン・総作画監督であった千羽由利子が今作では退いている。 なお、くるみ達三姉妹の関係は前作とほぼ同じである。し...。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him.
