Chasing notorious, mythical legends and ghosts was exciting to them, not "cool" to the other kids around. So they lived their lives on the outside of the "in" crowd. Making matters worse was Charlie's obvious crush on Brandy, one of the most popular kids in school and sister to one of the biggest bullies around. Trying to impress Brandy, Charlie accepts a dare from her brother Nick that says he and his friends must spend Halloween night in a house long rumored to be haunted.What seems to be an easy challenge quickly turns out to be a night of frights as Charlie, Nick and Alex find themselves in the fight of their lives trying to out smart (and outrun) their new nemesis, a ghost dog named Salty, who does whatever he can to make this the worst night of their lives...。本片讲述美国地下韩裔黑社会群体的故事。 约翰（约翰·周饰）是纽约市业内小有名声的年轻有为律师，野心勃勃的他一次替一个被指控犯了一级谋杀罪名的十四岁男孩辩护。约翰发现男孩是受一个由韩国人管理的名为“大房子”的俱乐部的唆使。委托他担任辩护律师的是男孩的姐姐里拉（格雷丝·朴饰）——为了洗脱弟弟罪名不惜牺牲任何东西的女人。约翰在为男孩搜集有利证据的过程中，他偶然发现了隐藏在繁华的曼哈顿地下庞大的黑社会组织。 为了得到更多证据，约翰化妆为混混潜入到黑帮群里。虽然是韩国后裔，但约翰几乎不会说韩语，他以一个外国人的身份沉浸在这韩国式的夜生活里，俱乐部里不断有谋杀的案件发生。在这当中，他与在黑帮中郁郁不得志的迈克（金俊成饰）——“大房子”俱乐部的新接管人相识，后者同样是能干的新人，可惜得不到头目的重用。在知道约翰的真实身份和目的后，迈克决定帮助他搜集证据，条件是约翰用白道的力量帮助其成为组织的新领袖。约翰形单影只，为了案件能有更快的进展，他答应了与迈克的“君子协定”。起初，两人很谈得来，事情似乎也渐渐向各自的目标前进，无奈两人也发现对方并不是自己的最好合作伙伴，因为约翰和迈克同样是为达到目的不择手段，甚至选择牺牲对方的人，他们面对的情势也越来越危险…。
